Renae Randel is a temporary Licensed Mental Health Counselor committed to supporting individuals through compassionate, evidence-based care. She integrates Dialectical Behavior Therapy (DBT), Cognitive Behavioral Therapy (CBT), and Solution-Focused Therapy approaches to help clients develop resiliency, emotional awareness, and healthy coping skills. Renae creates a supportive and collaborative environment that empowers clients to navigate life’s challenges and achieve personal growth.

Renae earned both her Bachelor’s degree in Education and her Master of Science in Education in Clinical Mental Health Counseling from Buena Vista University. Her strong foundation in education, combined with hands-on experience with individual and group therapy in the clinical, hospital setting, has equipped her to work effectively with diverse populations.

With a strong belief in meeting clients where they are and her experience providing support across a wide range of emotional and behavioral challenges, Renae strives to provide compassionate, individualized care that supports each person’s unique path toward wellness and fulfillment.
